Bookings which are on a daily basis > 5 hrs < 72 hrs
- > 48 hrs before starting time = 0% (Free cancellation)
- < 48 hrs >= 6hrs before starting time = 25% of total booking costs will be charged (excl. Insurance)
- < 6 hrs before starting time = 100% of total booking costs will be charged (excl. Insurance)
Bookings which are on a weekly basis > 72 hrs
- > 72 hrs before starting time = 0% (Free cancellation)
- < 72 hrs > 24 hrs before starting time = 25% of total booking costs will be charged (excl. Insurance)
- < 24 hrs before starting time = 100% of total booking costs will be charged (excl. Insurance)
